Message from CEO

I am Bui Thanh Lam, currently serving as Deputy Director of Nguyen Duc Import Export Group Company Limited. I am currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

I hold a Master of Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva. With a strong academic background in business administration and extensive hands-on experience, I have accumulated over:

- 20 years of experience in sales
- 16 years of experience in import and export
- 14 years of experience in sourcing
- 13 years of experience in business operations and management

Throughout my professional journey, I have always upheld the business philosophy: “Doing business with integrity, and earning profit based on ethical values.” I believe that sustainable business growth is not built solely on revenue or profit, but also on the genuine value a company creates for its customers, partners, end consumers, society, and its own organization.

I believe that we deserve to receive fair compensation in proportion to the value we create, by helping customers solve their challenges, providing suitable solutions, and delivering the most practical and meaningful value. In every business activity, I place sincerity, dedication to service, and responsibility toward customers at the core of our approach.
